Contribute to product innovation, sustainability and cost optimization initiatives while ensuring projects meet quality, performance and customer requirements. Work closely with manufacturing sites and cross-functional teams to support successful scale-up and implementation. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the execution of RD projects from concept through validation and industrialization. /li liConduct laboratory testing, product validation and performance assessments. /li liAssist in preparing technical documentation, reports and qualification protocols. /li liCollaborate with manufacturing sites to support scale-up activities and product launches. /li liParticipate in troubleshooting activities during industrial trials and product implementation. /li liSupport cost innovation and sustainability initiatives through material, process and design improvements. /li liWork closely with Innovation, Expert Centers and Operations teams to ensure project alignment. /li liAnalyze technical data and provide recommendations to support decision making. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to product performance, quality and manufacturing efficiency. /li liEnsure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements. /li liMaintain awareness of market trends, customer needs and emerging technologies. /li liSupport business continuity and security of supply initiatives when required. /li liParticipate in cross-functional project meetings and communicate project progress effectively. /li /ul h3Key Performance Indicators /h3 ul liDelivery of assigned RD projects and activities within agreed timelines. /li liQuality and completeness of technical documentation. /li liSuccessful completion of validation and industrialization activities. /li liSupport provided to product launches and manufacturing sites. /li liContribution to cost-saving and sustainability initiatives. /li liCompliance with safety and quality standards. /li liParticipation in continuous improvement projects. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Packaging Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related scientific/engineering discipline. /li liOpen to recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in RD, product development, manufacturing, engineering, or a technical environment. /li liDemonstrated interest in product development, innovation, sustainability, or manufacturing processes through internships, university projects, placements, or early career experience. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams. /li liGood communication and presentation skills. /li liEagerness to learn and develop technical expertise in product validation, industrialization, and manufacturing processes. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data analysis tools is an advantage. /li liFluent English required; additional languages are a plus. /li /ul h3About Amcor /h3 pAmcor is the global leader in developing and producing responsible consumer packaging and dispensing solutions across a variety of materials for nutrition, health, beauty and wellness categories.
