Global Director - Accounts Payable and Procurement

Overview

As Global Director of Accounts Payable and Procurement, you will lead the end-to-end procure-to-pay process and oversee procurement operations across multiple countries. You will design global policies, controls, and SLAs, while partnering with Legal, Tax, Treasury, IT, and local finance to ensure compliance and accuracy. You will drive centralization and automation of procurement and AP, improve shared services performance, and support acquisitions integration. This is a chance to shape global finance governance in a high-stakes, regulated environment.

Responsabilità

• Own the global procure-to-pay process from intake to payment execution and month-end close.
• Establish global procurement and AP policies, controls, SLAs, thresholds, and process metrics across countries.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, IT, operations, and local finance for vendor compliance and system alignment.
• Lead procurement and AP centralization and automation, including workflows, OCR, vendor portals, and ERP controls.
• Manage shared services performance for procurement and AP processing, including queues, productivity, and escalation.
• Oversee global corporate card and expense management processes, including policy compliance and reconciliation.
• Support acquisition integration by mapping legacy processes and onboarding acquired entities to policies.
• Maintain strong controls over vendor master data, segregation of duties, and fraud prevention.
• Ensure purchase and payment cycle governance and documentation retention.

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferred
• 8+ years in procurement, AP, procure-to-pay, shared services, or finance process leadership in a multi-country environment
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement workflows, vendor master governance, and process automation
• Experience driving process improvement in global or complex organizations
