Overview
In this role you will shape and execute the global IT strategy to support the company's growth in the Industrial sector. You will lead cross-location IT teams, ensure secure and reliable infrastructure, and collaborate with business units to implement technology solutions. You'll manage IT budgets, drive cost-effectiveness, and stay ahead with emerging technologies while ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role with a global scope and meaningful impact on the company's evolution.
Responsabilità
- Develop and implement the organisation's global IT strategy to support business goals
- Oversee management and optimisation of IT infrastructure and systems
- Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data
- Lead and manage IT teams across multiple locations
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions
- Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective technology investments
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where relevant
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all IT practices
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven experience in managing IT operations within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security measures
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
