Hotel La Palma - Capri’s first hotel, built in 1822, currently being transformed into an elegant and exclusive 50‑room‑and‑suite hotel. Profile

In this role, the Commis de Rang contributes to the excellence of the guest experience by upholding the highest culinary and service standards, delivering proactive, timely, and attentive support throughout the dining journey. The Commis de Rang efficiently clears and resets tables, replenishes service items, supports smooth coordination among the team, and communicates openly and respectfully with colleagues and internal partners, including the kitchen. The role requires strong teamwork, accuracy in transactions, and the ability to remain calm, focused, and solution‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment, offering confident menu recommendations when needed.
