Turner Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world. /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe Europe Finance Manager will be involved and responsible for several finance processes across the region including consolidation of monthly management accounts, reporting, cashflow, budgeting and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with several year experience in management accounting. They will be a strong team player with an understanding of accounting principles and processes and strong MS Excel knowledge. – Italian language and proficiency in English are essential. /p pResponsibilities /p ul liEnsuring financial accuracy in accounting, including group and local compliance requirements and deadlines are met for the assigned entity /li liMonthly reporting and forecasting in line with region/group deadlines and year end reporting /li liPreparation of monthly management accounts with supporting financial analysis and commentary. Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts of assigned entity /li liLeasing with country MD and project team to facilitate review of financial performance and to align on forecast. /li liElectronic Invoicing SDI. Operational management of the SDI system. Monitoring of inbound and outbound electronic invoice flows and liaison with the external accountant on tax-related matters /li liMonitoring and supporting Vendor set up and payments. Leasing with central/SSC team /li liPreparation of yearly budget and monthly forecast with supporting documentation and commentary /li liEnsuring local compliance on tax and VAT and statutory reporting requirements are met. Coordination with the external accountant for tax compliance (VAT, F24, statutory filings) /li liLeasing with on Auditors on the audit of the yearly financial statements /li liWorking on ad-hoc projects including new systems implementations, business acquisitions, cross border projects etc. /li liWork across Europe Finance team to support whole team as necessary /li liSupporting integration of new entities, preparing templates, process notes, assisting with required system configuration e.g. new entity or cost centre, customer, vendor onboarding, updating consolidated template to include the new information /li liSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable /li /ul pKey Stakeholders /p ul liRFD, RMD, RFC, Country MDs and Cost centre leads /li liEurope Finance /li liGroup Finance /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liQualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or local equivalent); 3+ yrs experience as qualified accountant /li liStrong Excel and MS office applications experience /li liConfident individual with good interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels /li liAccuracy and high-level attention to detail /li liUnderstanding of accounting principles and processes /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
