UniCredit Group is seeking a highly motivated Senior Trade & Working Capital Sales Manager to join the Trade Finance Sales Italy team based in Milan.

The successful candidate will be a proven product specialist with a strong commercial track record and will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of UniCredit’s Trade Finance business within the Large Corporate segment .

The role involves originating, structuring and delivering innovative trade and working capital solutions, while building long-term strategic relationships and supporting clients in their international trade and treasury optimization needs.

As a senior member of the team, you will combine commercial leadership, client engagement and structuring expertise to originate complex transactions, influence strategic client decisions and contribute to the continued growth of one of UniCredit's core business franchises.

What you'll be doing

• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers and senior corporate decision-makers across Italy's leading corporate groups.
• Drive the origination, structuring and execution of sophisticated Trade Finance and Working Capital solutions, including complex and cross-border transactions.
• Strengthen UniCredit's position as the partner of choice for Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance.
• Create value for Client Solutions - Group Trade & Correspondent Banking through sustainable revenue generation and portfolio profitability optimization.
• Build and execute strategic client plans in partnership with Coverage teams and senior stakeholders across the Group.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand wallet share through a consultative and value-driven approach.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Correspondent Banking teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients' evolving needs.
• Play a leading role in the development with Products team of new commercial initiatives, product innovation and digital transformation projects.
• Deliver sustainable growth in revenues, profitability and market share while maintaining a strong focus on costs.
• Drive cross-selling opportunities and foster collaboration across all Client Solutions product lines, with a particular focus on other Group Trade & Correspondent Banking businesses.
• Lead commercial initiatives in coordination with Coverage teams, ensuring full alignment with Client Solutions' strategic priorities and business objectives.
• Support the professional development of junior team members through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven commercial success in managing relationships with large Italian multinational corporate clients.
• Strong ability to engage, influence and negotiate effectively with senior executives and key decision-makers.
• Ability to navigate complex environments and drive transactions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• More than 10 years of experience in Trade Finance and Working Capital solutions
• Strong client-centric mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and design tailored value-added solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills, combined with a strong results orientation.
• Entrepreneurial, flexible and solution-driven approach, with the ability to perform effectively in complex and challenging situations.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken
