Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structure organization, you will truly be an experienced generalist covering all facets of HR, including Employee Relations, Training, Development, Communication and Engagement, Payroll, Budget Personnel Cost Management, Talent Acquisition and HR Administration. In this role, you will be crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle in our Digital RD cluster and will work closely with our HQ leadership teams in deploying Company People Strategy. /ppbr/Your role will ensure the management of various aspects of the employee lifecycle within strategic business areas at Group level. /ph3Your Impact /h3ulliPartner with functional leaders of designated areas to analyze business needs and develop HR strategies aimed at addressing the needs and requirement of the departments and ability to align them with company objectives. /liliFacilitate employee lifecycle within assigned areas, from personnel selection to continuous development and management of internal job rotations. /liliManage working relationships within teams and resolve disputes to maintain a positive work environment. /liliLead the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives tailored to specific areas of responsibility. /liliCollaborate with leaders to ensure that employees grow and reach their full potential, enhancing efficiency and productivity. /liliDevelop and retain talent through training, coaching, career development, and succession planning. /liliOnboard new candidates and collect necessary background information, as well as provide assistance and guidance to employees on work-related issues. /liliUtilize HR-specific data analysis for designated areas to identify trends, provide detailed reports, and support data-driven decision-making processes. /liliCollaborate with the international HR team to ensure consistent management of organizational design, compensation and benefits, personnel costs, ensuring alignment with market practices. /liliPartner with local leadership and the global HQ HR team to design and deliver high-value people plans. /liliEnsure policies and procedures are always maintained and well-executed, acting as a trusted advisor in all HR related matters. /liliAct as a true Technogym brand ambassador and trusted advisor, providing best-in-class HR business partner support to local leadership.br/ /li /ulh3About You /h3pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues. /ppWhat you should bring: /pulliMaster’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. /liliMinimum of 15 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 10 years’ experience in a business partnering role. /liliPrevious experience in industries with complex organizational structures, such as technology, manufacturing, or healthcare, is preferred. /liliIn-depth understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. /liliProficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, experience with HR analytics tools/software is a plus. /liliAbility to analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making. /liliExceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian. /liliAbility to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. /li /ulh3Compensation Data /h3pWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €70,000 and €100,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
