Move with us for a better world! /p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for a bTalent Development Manager /b who will develop and execute training plans, implement development programs, and lead the annual performance appraisal rollout at the global level to support the Company's strategy. In this role, you will define and deliver content and tools focused on building and developing required competencies, in line with Company Culture and HR strategy. The Talent Development Manager is a pivotal figure dedicated to cultivating the organization's most valuable asset: its employees. This role focuses on enhancing employees' skills, knowledge, and competencies to drive organizational success and ensure a continuous pipeline of talent. By designing and implementing strategic programs, you will align employee growth with the company's long-term vision, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development that boosts productivity and innovation. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liDesign and implement a comprehensive talent development strategy that aligns with organizational goals. /li liConduct thorough needs assessments using surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify skill gaps. /li liDevelop, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across various platforms. /li liReport to senior leadership on the progress of employee development programs and their impact on business objectives. /li liLead the annual rollout of the performance appraisal process and the calibration step at the global level /li liEvaluate the effectiveness and impact of all talent development initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. /li liManage relationships with external training vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions. /li liDesign development plans and career paths at the HQ level and coordinate international development projects /li liConduct the preparation and analysis required for Talent Reviews, as well as Performance Management processes, activities, and training /li liLead projects in Talent Management: performance management, assessments, development programs and succession planning /li liManage the induction process for HQ Global Executive positions /li liManage the full cycle of talent management, including succession planning for critical roles to ensure business continuity. /li liProvide coaching and mentoring to employees, supporting their professional growth and career development plans. /li liCollaborate with HR and department leaders to create and implement effective career pathways and internal mobility opportunities. /li liLead the succession planning process at the global level /li liMonitor and improve KPIs: effectiveness, timing and budget /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have good time-management skills, and bring a sense of urgency to doing your work. /p h3What You Should Bring /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree, preferably in Philosophy or a Humanities field /li li+10 years’ experience in HR /li liAbility to analyze, design, and implement training programs /li liExperience with training, performance and succession processes with global scope /li liKnowledge of Coaching and Mentoring techniques /li liEffective planning and management skills /li liEffective training and presentation skills /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills /li liGood logic and reasoning skills /li liExperience with performance, succession and the LMS module in SAP SuccessFactors /li liMandatory C2 Level of Italian and English.
