Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor – Milan, Italy
KCM Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a leading international contractor delivering a major hyperscale data centre project in Milan.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Europe's busiest data center markets and play a key role in the commercial delivery of a large-scale mission-critical project.
Previous data center experience is advantageous but not essential. We are keen to speak with candidates who have delivered major MEP packages across industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, commercial, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.

Requirements
▪ 8+ years' Quantity Surveying experience
▪ Main Contractor or Specialist MEP Contractor background
▪ Strong commercial and contractual management experience
▪ Experience managing large M&E packages on major construction projects
▪ Candidates must hold an EU passport or have the legal right to work in Italy
