How you’ll make an impact

Project Leadership & Execution: Lead end‑to‑end project execution, from initiation and planning through monitoring, control, and close‑out, in alignment with customer requirements. Establish project execution strategies, secure resources, and coordinate internal/external teams to achieve all milestones. Manage change control, risk, schedule, financial performance, and reporting, ensuring transparency and proactive mitigation.

Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as primary interface with customers, suppliers, partners, and internal functions. Capture stakeholder needs, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives. Lead reviews, clarifications, and decision‑making processes efficiently.

Planning, Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and work breakdown structures. Ensure compliance with internal standards, processes, and industry best practices.

Financial & Contractual Governance: Manage project budgets, forecasts, invoices, cash flow, and cost controls. Interpret and apply contractual terms; escalate issues with legal/commercial teams when needed.

Risk, Quality & HSE Management: Lead the identification and mitigation of project risks and opportunities. Ensure project execution complies with quality standards and health, safety & environment requirements.

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements, contribute to global PM practices, and support operational excellence initiatives. Coach junior PMs, share lessons learned, and contribute to PM community of practice.

Your background

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

PMP®, IPMA, Prince2, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

Proven experience (5‑7 years) in project management of medium to large‑scale projects (technical, engineering, industrial, ICT, R&D, or services).

Strong command of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.

Fluency with PM tools (MS Project, Primavera, SAP/ERP systems, Power BI, etc.).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian (mandatory).
