This role requires advanced project management expertise, strong stakeholder leadership, cross‐functional coordination, and the ability to drive operational excellence across global and multicultural teams.**How you’ll make an impact*** Project Leadership & Execution: Lead end‐to‐end project execution, from initiation and planning through monitoring, control, and close-out, in alignment with customer requirements. Establish project execution strategies, secure resources, and coordinate internal/external teams to achieve all milestones. Manage change control, risk, schedule, financial performance, and reporting, ensuring transparency and proactive mitigation.* Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as primary interface with customers, suppliers, partners, and internal functions. Capture stakeholder needs, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives. Lead reviews, clarifications, and decision-making processes efficiently.* Planning, Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and work breakdown structures. Ensure compliance with internal standards, processes, and industry best practices.* Financial & Contractual Governance: Manage project budgets, forecasts, invoices, cash flow, and cost controls. Interpret and apply contractual terms; escalate issues with legal/commercial teams when needed.* Risk, Quality & HSE Management: Lead the identification and mitigation of project risks and opportunities. Ensure project execution complies with quality standards and health, safety & environment requirements.* Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements, contribute to global PM practices, and support operational excellence initiatives. Coach junior PMs, share lessons learned, and contribute to PM community of practice.**Your background*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.* PMP, IPMA, Prince2, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.* proven experience (5-7 years) in project management of medium to large‐scale projects (technical, engineering, industrial, ICT, R&D, or services).* Strong command of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.* Fluency with PM tools (MS Project, Primavera, SAP/ERP systems, Power BI, etc.)* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.* Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian (mandatory)**More about us**We offer you the opportunity to work with fantastic people and develop yourself on projects that present great technical challenges and have a real impact.
