Understanding of cash flow management principles is preferred. Partnering closely with commercial teams and local stakeholders, the role will support business performance reviews, month end closure activities, budgeting and forecasting processes, and the development of actionable insights to guide management decisions. /ph3Key responsibilites: /h3ulliMonitor financial performance of dach market, analyzing the full PL of the Dach region, margins and profitability by brand, channel and customer segment. /liliPartner with commercial teams to evaluate business performance /liliConduct variance analysis versus budget, forecast and prior periods to identify risks and opportunities. /liliSupport business cases for new market entries, product launches and commercial strategies. /liliLead the preparation of monthly corporate reporting packages in line with Group guidelines /liliEnsure accuracy and consistency of financial data across all reporting systems. /liliOwn budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned market, coordinating with local teams to ensure robust financial planning. /liliDevelop analytical reports and dashboards to support management decision-making. /liliEnhance controlling processes, tools and methodologies to improve the quality and speed of financial analysis. /liliDrive standardization of reporting templates and KPIs for the assigned area. /liliDevelop customer PL statements for key customers and partner with local finance and sales teams to drive profitable regional growth. /li /ulh3Competenze ed esperienza /h3pThe successful candidate will have: /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field. /lili5-8 years of experience in controlling, ideally in an international, commercially driven environment. /liliStrong understanding of PL dynamicsand commercial performance metrics. /liliKnowledge of cash flow logic. /liliExcellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. /liliSolid knowledge of corporate reporting frameworks and financial planning processes. /li /ulh3Skills: /h3ulliAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. /liliAttention to detail with a hands-on approach. /liliProactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills. /liliAbility to operate in a fast-paced, international environment /liliAvailable for occasional short business trips to Munich. /liliProficiency in Italian and English is required. /liliAdvanced Excel skills and experience with enterprise systems and analytical tools, including IBM and Power BI. /li /ulh3Completa l'offerta /h3pVery interesting career opportunity /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
