Sales Engineer (all genders)

at our DYWIDAG Cusago (Italy) location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including review of project documentation, quantity take-offs, material estimates, cost calculations, pricing, and bid submissions to support successful project acquisition.
• Drive sales growth and increase market share for DYWIDAG products, systems, and engineering solutions within the assigned territory in line with business objectives and company strategy.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding current and future customer requirements and delivering value-added solutions.
• Promote DYWIDAG's products, services, and capabilities through customer meetings, technical presentations, and project consultations.
• Provide technical and engineering support to customers by recommending appropriate solutions based on project specifications, drawings, and construction requirements.
• Review engineering documents, specifications, plans, and tender documents to identify business opportunities and suitable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to ensure accurate proposal development, successful project delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide on-site technical assistance and project support when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Clear customer focus and business acumen
• Ability to understand engineering documents and procedures related to the construction and manufacturing Industry
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Networking capabilities
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel
• Affinity for financial reporting
• Profound knowledge in the current Microsoft Office applications
• AutoCAD knowledge and autonomy to make drawings if required
• English language skills
