Overview
In this role you collaborate with Datadog's Adoption Services leadership to enable partner success across channels and alliances. You drive onboarding, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources, and you help align joint plans with partner teams. You serve as a trusted technical advisor, shaping how partners adopt Datadog to support cloud migration, modernization, and DevOps transformations. You work cross-functionally to prioritize feedback, improve adoption, and deliver measurable value for partners and customers.

Responsabilità
- Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources
- Participate in joint business planning to align Datadog and partner technical teams
- Support partner technical initiatives such as demos, proofs of value, and enablement workshops
- Advocate for partners' technical concerns with Datadog teams to drive resolution
- Analyze partner service offerings and recommend enhancements to improve adoption of Datadog features
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and services to identify and prioritize new features
- Evolve lead practices for Datadog platform adoption and success
Requisiti fondamentali
- Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations experience
- Demonstrated track record and passion for learning
- Self-starter with strong business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog value
- Confident presentation skills
- EU residency requirement
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Customer- and partner-focused mindset
- Observability tools: Datadog, Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace
- Public cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry
