The company offers a professional growth path in a young and dynamic environment, with ongoing training and mentoring. /p h3bThe role /b /h3 pWe are looking for a professional to join the Legal Department with a primary focus on real estate contracts (land, real rights, powers of attorney) related to the development of renewable energy plants, supporting the management of the entire land rights acquisition cycle. The role also involves secondary, supporting involvement in general contract law and basic corporate matters. /p h3bMain responsibilities – Real Estate Land (core) /b /h3 ul liDrafting, reviewing and negotiating land rights acquisition agreements: purchase agreements, preliminary contracts, surface rights, easements, lease agreements and other agreements with landowners /li liPreparing and managing special powers of attorney (including bilingual IT/EN) for the execution of land-related deeds, including coordination for notarization and apostille /li liManaging relationships with notaries, external law firms, land registry offices and municipal technical offices for due diligence and registration of deeds /li liSupporting access procedures for landlocked plots, rights of way, and coordination with third parties (e.g. grid operators, highway concessionaires) regarding interferences /li liMonitoring contractual deadlines, conditions precedent, deposits/indemnities and obligations related to land contracts /li liSupporting (in coordination with the technical team) contractual aspects related to TICA (Testo Integrato delle Connessioni Attive) and the Single Authorization (Autorizzazione Unica), to the extent they affect land titles /li liPreparing status reports on ongoing contracts and matters /li /ul pbSecondary responsibilities – General contract law and corporate matters /b /p ul liReviewing NDAs/confidentiality agreements for Italian projects /li liSupporting intra-group contracts (shareholder financing, services, reimbursements) and other commercial contracts /li liProviding operational support to corporate secretarial matters (e.g. drafting minutes, resolutions) under the supervision of a more senior lawyer /li liOccasional support on MoUs/letters of intent /li /ul h3bAreas of occasional support (not a primary responsibility) /b /h3 ul liAd hoc assistance on pre-litigation and litigation matters (e.g. document collection, correspondence) /li liAd hoc assistance on intellectual property matters (e.g. deadline monitoring, administrative filings) /li liAd hoc assistance on MA transactions or activities relating to countries other than Italy, as needed /li /ul h3bEssential requirements /b /h3 ul liBachelor's or single-cycle Master's degree in Law /li liPrior experience (even brief, 1-3 years) in real estate law, contract law or real estate - preferably at a law firm, notarial practice or in-house legal department /li liKnowledge of real rights (surface rights, easements, leases) and their practical implications (registration, land registry, notarial practice) /li liStrong analytical skills and attention to detail in contract drafting /li liAbility to manage multiple matters independently and to liaise with external counterparts (notaries, landowners, public authorities) /li liGood command of English (reading and drafting bilingual documents) /li liExcellent knowledge of the Office suite /li /ul h3bNice to have /b /h3 ul liExperience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector /li liBasic knowledge of Single Authorization/TICA procedures /li liInterest or minimal experience in corporate and intellectual properties matters /li liFamiliarity with contract management/deadline-tracking software /li /ul pbFurther information /b /p pbCompany: NatPower Italia /b /p pPlace of work: Milan, Via Savona 97 /p pWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. /p pRemote working: one day per week /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
