ph3We’re Hiring: Customer Success Coordinator /h3 pbLocation: /b Italy, Milan /p pbReporting to: /b Head of Customer Success Management /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a bCustomer Success Coordinator /b to join Vaultica and support our Customer Success Management function. /p pIn this role, you will play an important part in ensuring smooth customer operations by coordinating customer-related activities, following up on actions, maintaining accurate information and connecting teams across the organization. /p pWorking closely with our Customer Success Managers and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure a bconsistent, responsive and high-quality customer experience /b while supporting the day-to-day execution of our customer commitments. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport day-to-day bcustomer service assurance /b activities and follow-up /li liCoordinate customer queries, actions and operational topics with internal stakeholders /li liSupport the preparation and coordination of bcustomer audits /b /li liAssist Customer Success Managers with brenewals, commercial administration and Lead-to-Cash activities /b /li liMaintain accurate customer information and follow up activities in bNetSuite and ServiceNow /b /li liPrepare materials for monthly and quarterly bcustomer review meetings /b /li liSupport customer satisfaction and pulse survey activities /li liMonitor customer metrics, operational inputs and potential bSLA deviations /b /li liCoordinate internal teams to support the resolution of incidents and service-related issues /li liSupport customer bonboarding, handovers and account coordination /b /li liMaintain customer documentation and prepare internal reports and status updates /li liContribute to continuous improvement of Customer Success processes and ways of working /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liStrong bcustomer-facing communication skills /b /li liA service-oriented and customer-centric mindset /li liExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities /li liA proactive, structured and reliable way of working /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills /li liAbility to collaborate effectively within a bmatrix organization /b /li liGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office and customer/CRM systems /li liExperience with bNetSuite and ServiceNow /b is an advantage /li liPrevious experience in bcustomer support, coordination, operations or administrative functions /b is an advantage /li liUnderstanding of customer success, service delivery and operational follow-up /li libFluent business English /b; additional local languages are an advantage /li /ul h3Why Vaultica? /h3 pThis is a great opportunity to join a growing international organization, work closely with customers and teams across the business, and contribute directly to how we deliver an excellent customer experience. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
