Strategic Account Manager - Hybrid, Growth & Partnerships

Smartbox Italia is seeking an Account Manager to strengthen relationships with existing partners and uncover new business opportunities. You will engage daily with partners via phone and online meetings, helping grow account value and ensuring satisfaction while aligning with company goals.
You’ll prepare tailored business reviews, analyze client data, and collaborate with Marketing, Ops, Finance, and Product teams to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
