Responsibilities
All'interno del Dipartimento Sales Support, LoJack è alla ricerca di un/a tirocinante che si occupi delle seguenti attività:
- Gestione back office
- Gestione delle chiamate in inbound e outbound
- Monitoraggio e analisi dello scaduto clienti
- Gestione degli incassi
Requisiti fondamentali
- Diploma di scuola superiore (preferibilmente Ragioneria)
Requisiti preferenziali
- Dimestichezza nell’uso dei principali strumenti di Office (in particolare Excel, Word, PowerPoint e Outlook)
- Capacità di organizzazione nel lavoro
- Buone doti relazionali
- Dinamicità e proattività
