Il nostro cliente è un'azienda operante nel settore dell'Information Technology, altamente informatizzata e orientata all’innovazione, inserita in un contesto tecnologico avanzato e in forte evoluzione, con consolidata esperienza tecnica e capacità di leadership.
La risorsa ideale, riportando direttamente all’IT Manager del gruppo, sarà responsabile della guida del team AI/Engineering, contribuendo allo sviluppo di soluzioni intelligenti end-to-end e alla definizione della strategia tecnologica aziendale.
- Guidare e coordinare un team multidisciplinare di AI Engineer e Full-Stack Developer
- Progettare e sviluppare soluzioni AI end-to-end (dalla modellazione alla messa in produzione)
- Definire architetture scalabili per applicazioni data-driven e AI-based
- Collaborare con stakeholder di business per tradurre esigenze in soluzioni tecnologiche
- Supervisionare lo sviluppo di applicazioni full-stack (frontend + backend) integrate con modelli AI
- Garantire qualità del codice, manutenzione e best practice di sviluppo
- Promuovere l’adozione di metodologie Agile e DevOps
- Monitorare performance, scalabilità e sicurezza delle soluzioni implementate
- Esperienza di 6–8 anni in ambito software engineering, con almeno 2–3 anni in ruoli di leadership
- Esperienza nello sviluppo e deployment di modelli di Machine Learning / AI
- Conoscenza di Python e principali framework AI (es. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Esperienza con architetture cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP)
- Conoscenza di API design, microservizi e sistemi distribuiti
- Esperienza con database relazionali e NoSQL
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2/C1)
- Esperienza con MLOps e pipeline di training/deployment
- Conoscenza di LLM, NLP o Generative AI
- Esperienza con Docker, Kubernetes e ambienti containerizzati
- Familiarità con CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Certificazioni cloud o AI
