Overview
In PwC Italy, entra nel team AI Engineering per guidare programmi di trasformazione digitale come Senior. Potrai guidare architetture, supervisionare team multidisciplinari e definire soluzioni AI e Data Engineering ad alto impatto. Lavorerai con piattaforme cloud e tecnologie avanzate per realizzare soluzioni end-to-end, dalla ingestion dei dati alle interfacce utente, contribuendo a roadmap tecnologiche e attività di pre-sales. Un ruolo chiave per plasmare progetti di trasformazione sui principali mercati.
Responsabilità
- Guidare workshop con i clienti per identificare opportunità di trasformazione AI e tradurre esigenze di business in architetture scalabili
- Progettare e supervisionare data platform e pipeline complesse su ambienti cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Palantir, Databricks)
- Definire standard architetturali, best practice e framework di sviluppo per soluzioni AI e Data Engineering
- Governare CI/CD/CT, DevOps e MLOps assicurando automazione, monitoraggio e continuità operativa
- Progettare e validare soluzioni avanzate di Generative AI (LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, AI copilots, chatbot enterprise)
- Supervisionare lo sviluppo end-to-end, dalla data ingestion alle interfacce utente (React, Streamlit, low-code)
- Contribuire a attività di pre-sales, proposal e definizione di roadmap tecnologiche, gestendo team operativamente e in crescita
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea in discipline STEM
- Esperienza pluriennale in AI Engineering, Data Engineering o ML Engineering
- Conoscenza approfondita di Python, Spark/PySpark, SQL e architetture distribuite
- Esperienza consolidata su almeno una piattaforma cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Palantir, Databricks)
- Competenza avanzata in Generative AI (LLM, Prompt Engineering avanzato, RAG, Agentic AI)
- Conoscenza di framework per lo sviluppo di soluzioni agentiche (LangChain, Langraph, AGNO, Google ADK, Microsoft Agent Framework)
- Capacità di leadership tecnica
