In questo ruolo, supporti la pianificazione, la previsione e la gestione delle performance per le operazioni europee, collaborando con direzione, operations e vendita. Ti occuperai di budgeting, forecast, analisi delle performance e gestione di KPI per guidare decisioni basate sui dati. Lavori all’interno di un gruppo internazionale orientato all’innovazione, qualità e soluzioni su misura. Offri un contributo chiave nello sviluppo di un quadro di controllo industriale e nell’evoluzione di strumenti di reporting e BI.

- Coordinare il processo di budgeting annuale tra entità multiple
- Guidare i cicli di forecasting periodici
- Consolidare e mettere in discussione le assunzioni finanziarie da stakeholder operativi e commerciali
- Preparare modelli finanziari, scenari e analisi di sensitività
- Monitorare l’accuratezza delle previsioni e proporre azioni correttive
- Supportare il Finance Director nell’implementazione di un quadro di controllo industriale
- Sviluppare e mantenere dashboard operativi e finanziari
- Analizzare le performance rispetto a Budget, Forecast e Year/Last Year
- Identificare rischi di business e opportunità di miglioramento
- Supportare riunioni mensili sul business e presentazioni di management
- Collegarsi come finance business partner a Site Directors e team di gestione
- Collaborare con Operations e Commercial, facilitando decisioni data-driven
- Supportare iniziative strategiche e valutazioni di investimenti
- Sfatare assunzioni e fornire insight finanziari indipendenti
- Sviluppare strumenti di reporting e dashboard per la gestione
- Promuovere evoluzione di business intelligence e visualizzazione dati
- Migliorare coerenza, qualità e accessibilità delle informazioni di performance
- Guidare la standardizzazione dei processi di pianificazione e reporting tra entità
- Laurea in finanza, economia, amministrazione aziendale, ingegneria gestionale o campo correlato
- 4-6 anni di esperienza in FP&A, controllo di gestione industriale o contabilità di gruppo in contesti multinazionali e/o Big Four
- Esperienza in ambiente manifatturiero internazionale
- Capacità di budgeting, forecasting, modellazione finanziaria, analisi delle varianze, sviluppo KPI e reporting
- Orientamento analitico e problem solving
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e presentazione
- Proattività e approccio pratico
