We arein search ofa proactive, customer-focused Product Manager to bring our provengranular media filtertechnologiestonew levels.In this role, you will owntheproduct portfolioand planitsfuture.Working closely with global and regional teams, you willensuresolution-orientedofferingsandfull commercial readiness across sales, operations, and application support.

Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Lead technology transfer and localize global solutions for regional market requirements.
• Define regional product strategy through market analysis, customer insights, and business planning.
• Drive commercial launches by coordinating cross-functional teams and go-to-market readiness.
• Enable sales success through training, pricing strategies, technical support, and sales tools.
• Act as the application expert, gathering customer feedback and translating insights into product improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will need

• A self-starter attitude with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of municipal, industrial water and wastewater treatment or similar technical solutions.
• Proven experience and expertise working with granular filtration products.
• Experience process engineering,project management,market-orientedbusiness/product development andinternationalworkwithin a water treatment sector.
• Ideally experience fromGlobal Product Management, alternatively local product portfolio management, global/local business development, sales management or similar.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

The role is based in Europe, working from one of the many Sulzer offices, preferably located in Spain, Italy, Germany or the UK
