Your Mission

As Senior People Business Partner, you will translate business strategy into people priorities and enable leaders to build high-performing teams in a dynamic international environment.

You will:

• Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coach and challenge managers on leadership, organizational effectiveness, talent development and performance management.
• Drive organizational design, change management and transformation initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning and succession planning together with business leaders.
• Support employee engagement and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Advise on employee relations and Italian labor law while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Use HR analytics and business insights to identify trends and recommend data-driven actions.
• Act as a trusted partner during periods of growth, change and organizational transformation.

What you bring to the team

• Several years of experience as a People / HR Business Partner in an international and matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven experience in leadership coaching, organizational development and change management.
• Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders through trust and business insight.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful business decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and MS Office.
• Fluent Italian and English.
