Technical Presales Italy Specialist

Overview

In this role you will support professional kitchen projects from concept to tender in the Italian Pre-Sales Office. You will translate customer needs into layouts, MEP drawings, specifications and quotations while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position emphasizes proactive design work, accuracy in drawings, and strong customer service to help secure profitable projects. Responsabilità

• Read and interpret drawings and tender documentation
• Prepare preliminary sketches and drawings based on customer inputs
• Create final design and detailed technical drawings for facility engineering
• Define the final commercial offer
• Collaborate with project management, purchasing, sales, and external consultants
• Visit sites and maintain customer connections
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage priorities

Requisiti fondamentali

• Technical Diploma or University Degree in Architecture/Engineering
• Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, Revit)
• MS Office proficiency
• Knowledge of food equipment and market
• Good communication and networking abilities
• Fluent English
