Product Specialist, Head & Neck

Overview

In this role you help grow Medtronic's Head & Neck portfolio across Western Europe, partnering with surgeons, distributors and regional teams to drive clinical education, adoption and commercial success. You will lead launches, identify market needs and influence strategy to expand patient-centered solutions. The position blends science, education and cross-functional collaboration to shape market growth and patient outcomes. Responsabilità

• Drive portfolio growth across Western Europe through customer engagement, clinical support, and market development initiatives
• Deliver product training, educational programs, and field-based support for customers, distributors, and internal teams
• Lead product launches and commercialization activities, ensuring successful adoption of current and future innovations
• Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive insights, and barriers to adoption to inform business strategy and growth plans
• Partner with regional Sales and Marketing teams to execute growth strategies, achieve revenue targets, and optimize portfolio performance
• Develop product positioning, customer segmentation, value propositions, and impactful marketing and scientific communication materials
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Head & Neck surgeons and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to advance clinical, educational, and commercial objectives

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
• Min 4 years' experience in downstream marketing in medical devices or healthcare
• Demonstrated experience in cross-regional environments
• Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority
• Proven project management and execution capabilities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
