Global Account Manager - EMEA

Experteer Overview In this role you drive strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators and other high-value partners across EMEA and beyond. You lead global account strategies, collaborate with regional teams, and act as Axis's ambassador to grow revenue and long-term partner value. You will shape joint initiatives, manage executive relationships, and navigate a complex international matrix. This role offers exposure to multinational collaboration and a meaningful impact on Axis’ partner ecosystem.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to boost partner engagement, revenue, and long-term collaboration
- Build and sustain relationships with executive stakeholders
- Create and implement joint business, sales, and marketing initiatives with strategic partners
- Drive business reviews, account planning, and performance follow-ups
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive developments
- Support and guide regional sales teams in managing and growing strategic accounts
- Coordinate cross-functional resources across sales, marketing, segment development, and technical teams
- Collaborate via Salesforce for forecasting, reporting, and account performance tracking
- Share best practices and contribute to the Global Partner Team’s success
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or strategic partner management
- Strong ability to develop and execute business plans and growth strategies
- Experience managing executive-level relationships and influencing key stakeholders
- Solid financial and commercial understanding, including forecasting and performance analysis
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and translate them into tangible results
- Experience with CRM and collaborative tools such as Salesforce
- Collaborative mindset and passion for driving growth through partnerships
- English mandatory, another European language preferred
