Our platforms simplify complex lab operations through intuitive design and configurable workflows. /p h3The Role /h3 pWe are looking for an Application Engineer with experience in Biobanking and/or LIMS to support our growing presence in Italy. Based in Milan, you will act as the link between clients and technology, translating laboratory and biobank workflows into effective digital solutions. You will work closely with Italian clients and DiData's Swiss-based product and project teams. /p pThe role is hybrid, combining remote work with on-site client activities. Occasional travel within Italy and abroad is required. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze laboratory, biobank, and clinical workflows and translate them into DiData system configurations /li liLead and support LIMS and biobanking system implementations from requirements to go-live /li liConfigure and customize workflows to reflect real operational processes /li liDeliver system demonstrations and support pre-sales and solution discussions /li liConduct user training and provide application support (remote and on-site) /li liParticipate in system testing, validation, and quality assurance activities /li liCollect client feedback and contribute to product improvements /li liPrepare technical documentation, SOPs, and validation materials /li liParticipate in client meetings, workshops, and industry or scientific events /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liBackground in life sciences (e.g. Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics) /li liExperience with biobanking, LIMS, or clinical laboratory environments /li liStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills /li liComfortable working in regulated, client-facing, and international environments /li liInterest in software systems and digital solutions /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent Italian and English (spoken and written) /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA collaborative, innovation-driven international environment /li liA role at the intersection of life sciences and digital technology /li liExposure to leading research institutions and clinical organizations /li liProfessional growth opportunities in lab informatics and biobanking /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
