Regional Sales Leader - Metabolic Therapies

Sobi is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Milano to lead a high-performing regional field team and deploy go-to-market strategies for metabolic diseases. You will drive sales performance, coach and develop Key Account Managers, and coordinate regional activities to meet market objectives.
The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Patient Access and Commercial Excellence to align local insights with company strategy and patient needs.
