pp**THIS IS TO WORK ONBOARD** /p h3Position Summary: /h3 pThe Onboard Media Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of all onboard guest-facing communications, including print, digital, and visual media. This is a senior onboard role accountable for implementation, content creation, production, quality control, and alignment with corporate brand standards and fleetwide consistency. The Onboard Media Manager ensures that all onboard communication is delivered to the highest standard, supporting guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and brand consistency, while serving as the primary liaison between shipboard operations and shoreside Media and Marketing teams. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liStrong business and analytical mindset, with the ability to track KPIs and performance. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. /li liAbility to operate at a senior level onboard, influencing decision-making. /li /ul h3Duties: /h3 ul liContent Production Publishing Oversee the timely creation and distribution of onboard communications, including newsletters, menus, signage, promotional materials, and other guest-facing content. Ensure all content is accurate, clear, and aligned with company standards across print and digital platforms. /li liDesign Creative Execution Design and produce engaging print and digital materials that align with brand standards and shoreside requirements. Create and review layouts, graphics, and visual content to enhance guest engagement and communication effectiveness. /li liBrand Governance Compliance Ensure all onboard communications adhere to corporate brand guidelines and maintain consistent messaging and visual identity. Conduct regular ship walkthroughs to verify proper implementation and address any communication gaps with relevant teams. /li liStrategic Commercial Contribution Support revenue-generating initiatives through effective communication and promotional strategies. Monitor guest feedback and performance metrics to recommend communication improvements and enhance the guest experience. /li liStakeholder Management Leadership Partner with the Hotel Director and onboard departments to ensure effective communication and alignment with corporate objectives. Foster strong collaboration with onboard and shoreside teams to support successful execution of communication initiatives. /li liPublicity External Relations Develop publicity content by collaborating with guest contributors, entertainers, partners, and other stakeholders. Coordinate with Corporate teams to ensure alignment on external communications and promotional activities. /li liOperations Print Management Manage printing and publishing equipment, ensuring high-quality production and operational efficiency. Oversee maintenance, inventory, file management, and cost-effective supply planning. /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liPrevious shipboard experience / Prior experience as a Media Manager, DTP, or similar role . /li liDegree in Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism, or related field. /li liStrong expertise in Desktop publishing and graphic design. /li liPrint production and equipment. /li liAdobe Creative Suite and publishing tools. Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other Adobe applications, with a high level of practical experience in creating, managing, and delivering complex layouts and publication-ready materials. /li liPrevious management positions Preferred (Enhanced Profile). /li liBackground in publicity, graphic design, printing, media, hospitality, hotel management or marketing management /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
