Global Marketing Manager — Milan, Growth, Localization & Activations

Eight Sleep is seeking an International Marketing Manager based in Milan to lead regional growth across markets. You will own the full marketing mix, optimize offline activations, and coordinate localization with local partners while collaborating with our Growth Marketing team.
Bring 3–5 years of high-growth D2C marketing experience, strong cross-functional skills, and a passion for performance-driven campaigns.
