If you're ready to own customer lifecycle communications end-to-end and push the boundaries of what CRM automation can do, keep reading. /p h3The Role /h3 pWe are looking for a bMarketing Automation Specialist /b to join our Marketing team and take full ownership of our CRM and customer lifecycle communications. /p pThis is a key role within the marketing team, responsible for building, managing and optimizing automated customer journeys across multiple touchpoints — including Email, WhatsApp, SMS and other owned channels. /p pWorking closely with Marketing and Sales, you will design personalized customer experiences that support every stage of the customer lifecycle: from lead generation and nurturing, through booking, pre-departure, in-destination communications, referrals, returners and cross-selling. /p pWe are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong technical and analytical skills, who enjoys improving processes, testing new ideas and delivering measurable business results through automation. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liBuild and manage automated journeys: Design, build and optimize customer journeys across Email, WhatsApp, SMS and other CRM channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud /li liOwn the copy: Write and optimize customer-facing communications ensuring consistency with EF's tone of voice and brand guidelines across all channels /li liDrive lifecycle marketing: Own communications from lead generation through booking, pre-departure, in-destination engagement, post-travel and alumni touchpoints /li liPersonalize at scale: Create audience segmentation and tailored customer experiences based on behavior, demographics and lifecycle stage /li liCollaborate cross-functionally: Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to deliver integrated customer journeys across multiple languages /liliExecute with precision: Manage campaign execution, quality assurance, testing and performance monitoring end-to-end /li liOptimize continuously: Improve customer journeys through A/B testing, reporting and data-driven analysis /li liKeep it clean and compliant: Ensure CRM best practices, data quality and GDPR compliance at all times /li liSpot new opportunities: Identify automation opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and business performance /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul li2+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM or Lifecycle Marketing /li liExcellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging across different channels and audiences /li liStrong written communication skills with exceptional attention to tone, clarity and customer experience /li liExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Content Builder and Automation Studio preferred) /li liSolid experience building automated customer journeys and audience segmentation /li liGood knowledge of SQL for audience creation and data analysis /li liBasic HTML/CSS knowledge for email editing is a plus /li liUnderstanding of CRM data models, relational databases and customer data flows /li liKnowledge of dynamic content and personalization — AMPScript is a definite plus /li liStrong project management and organizational skills /li liAnalytical mindset with a KPI-driven approach /li liExcellent attention to detail and commitment to flawless execution /li liFluent in English, both written and spoken /li liAdditional languages?
