RESPONSABILE/I RISTORAZIONE - SMASHIE PESCHIERA BORROMEO at Only The Food in Peschiera Borromeo, LOM, IT.
Only The Food - Azienda nata nel 2015 con lo scopo di diventare Leader nella gestione e nello sviluppo di reti commerciali in Franchising per BRAND di rilievo Nazionale e Internazionale - presente su tutto il territorio Italiano. Con i nostri punti vendita puntiamo alla crescita costante ed allo sviluppo di nuovi Progetti e Opportunità. Per il punto vendita di SMASHIE presso il centro commerciale \"La Galleria Borromea\" cerchiamo uno/a Vice Store Manager che guiderà il team.
COSA FARAI
- Gestione ordini ed inventario
- Analisi dei KPI aziendali
- Servizio sala e gestione sala
- Coordinare le operazioni quotidiane del ristorante
- Gestire e motivare il team (selezione, formazione, turni)
- Monitorare il rispetto degli standard di servizio, igiene e qualità
- Raggiungere gli obiettivi di fatturato e marginalità
- Garantire un’esperienza cliente eccellente
REQUISITI
- Persone con esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Restaurant/Store Manager o Assistant Restaurant Manager (maturata preferibilmente nella ristorazione veloce, fast food)
- Persone con ottime capacità organizzative, di leadership e attitudine proattiva orientata al risultato
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, 6 gg su 7 (sabato e domenica compresi)
