Marsh Risk, is seeking a talented individual to join our Professional Graduate Programme . This role will be based in Milan . This is a hybrid role.

We will count on you to :

Depending on the job rotation , you’ll be involved in activities such as:

• Relationship management : support senior colleagues in advising on insurance strategy solutions, understanding client risks, and managing current accounts;
• Insurance coverage : identify, evaluate, and negotiate insurance-carrier coverage policies to meet client needs. Develop a deep understanding of insurance markets and analytics-based programs;
• Risk management : contribute to a variety of risk-consulting projects, evaluating exposures and developing risk management solutions for clients;
• Growth strategies : implement strategies to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service;
• Placement solutions : assess risks and negotiate with carriers to develop placement solutions that meet client needs.

What you need to have::

• University degree: economics (management, finance, risk management, etc.), law, political sciences, management engineering degree or similar;
• Language skills: fluency in italian and english;
• It skills: advanced skills in using main it tools, especially the microsoft office package (excel and powerpoint);
• Additional skills: strong interest in insurance brokerage and risk management, extracurricular activities, self-motivation, goal-orientation, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work well in a team.

What we offer:

• 6-month internship (monthly compensation: €800) and €8 meal vouchers per working day, smart working policy and well-being initiatives. At the end of the 6-month internship, based on the tutors’ evaluation, the internship can proceed through an apprenticeship contract offering a starting gross annual salary of €28,650. The national collective bargaining agreement (ncba) applied is ‘terziario, distribuzione e servizi’.
