Learn more at iongroup.com . /ppbYour role: /b /ph3Your key duties and responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the group financial consolidation process /liliEnsure the accuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial statements /liliAssist in the preparation of consolidation adjustments and reporting packages /liliSupport general ledger accounting activities, including recording, classifying, and reconciling transactions /liliAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports /liliContribute to closing activities and financial reporting processes /li /ulh3Financial analysis /h3ulliAnalyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities to improve business performance /liliSupport internal reporting and performance monitoring /li /ulh3Compliance controls /h3ulliEnsure compliance with IFRS and local accounting regulations /liliSupport internal and external audit activities when required /li /ulh3Systems process improvement /h3ulliSupport the implementation and improvement of ERP systems and accounting processes /liliContribute to the optimization of financial reporting tools and workflows /li /ulh3Planning Control /h3ulliCollaborate with other departments in the budgeting and forecasting process /li /ulh3Your skills, experience, and qualifications required. /h3ulliMaster’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics (with honors) /lili3–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance /liliExperience in Big4 firms or international companies is considered a plus /liliStrong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles /liliExperience with financial analysis, reporting, and performance measurement /liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools /liliKnowledge of SAP modules is a plus /liliKnowledge of consolidation reporting tools is a plus /liliStrong analyticand organizational skills /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment /liliFluency in Italian and English /liliAvailability to travel weekly to the company location in Emilia Romagna /li /ulbWhat we offer: /bpbLocation: /b /ppAccording to the Italian Law (L.68/99 ) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
