Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.. /p pFind out more about Kanadevia Inova at /p h3Job Description /h3 pYour responsibilities /p ul liLead civil tender preparation and pre-construction activities for multidisciplinary EPC projects. /li liDevelop civil tender, procurement and subcontracting strategies, including package scopes, interfaces and delivery programmes. /li liCoordinate constructability reviews and develop construction methodologies, sequencing, logistics and programme inputs. /li liManage civil subcontract procurement from market assessment and enquiry preparation through bid evaluation, negotiation and contract award. /li liMaintain continuity from tender through to project execution, ensuring effective transfer of key assumptions, risks, commercial agreements and contract requirements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pYour experiences /p ul liDegree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. /li liMore than 10 years’ experience in civil construction, pre-construction, tendering or commercial management on multidisciplinary projects. /li liStrong knowledge of heavy civil construction methods, constructability, sequencing, productivity, interfaces and programme development. /li liProven experience developing procurement and subcontracting strategies and preparing enquiry and contract documentation for major civil works packages. /li liStrong commercial awareness, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical and commercial issues. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pResponsible challenge with diversified field of activity /p pTeam-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company /p pPersonal development opportunities through the own Inova Academy /p pOpportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines /p pAttractive working place (central, good transport links) /p pbCompensation /b /p pBasic wage component (gross): 70000 EUR/year /p pThis amount is our minimal offered salary.
