Junior FP&A Analyst — Hybrid, Growth & Insights

Beiersdorf Group in Milano is seeking a Junior Financial Planning & Analytics Specialist to join the Finance Department. You will support planning, reporting and performance analysis across the South of Europe Management Unit, working with cross-functional teams and international colleagues.
The role requires at least 2 years in FP&A or a similar finance function, solid Excel/PowerPoint skills, SAP knowledge, and good English communication.
