Our internships will give you first‑hand insights into the processes, systems, and practices that are aligned to ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of leading‑edge technology.ResponsibilitiesCompleting internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks.Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.Assisting in reviewing and understanding contracts, agreements, and terms with clients or suppliers.Collaborating with the sales team to prepare and submit proposals, bids, or quotations for projects or contracts.Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.RequirementsCurrently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM‑related, Economics, Finance or business‑related program.Maintained a GPA grade ≥ 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country.Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.Legally able to work in the country you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction.Compensation & Benefits600 € gross monthly – if exams are yet to be completed and distance 700 € gross monthly – if exams are yet to be completed and distance > 50 km.900 € gross monthly – if you have passed all the university exams or have already graduated and distance 1,000 € gross monthly – if you have passed all the university exams or have already graduated and distance > 50 km.Flexible WorkingWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
