Baker Hughes Internship Program offers students the opportunity to gain hands‑on work experience in a global energy company.
Responsibilities Assisting with day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, including monitoring equipment, overseeing processes, and ensuring production goals are met.
Participating in quality control and assurance processes, inspecting products for defects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
Identifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction in manufacturing operations.
Collecting and analyzing data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality.
Learning and applying principles of lean manufacturing to minimize waste, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.
Preparing reports, work instructions, and process documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders.
Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance. Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's level program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or related STEM fields, Supply Chain, HSE, Quality, or Manufacturing.
Maintained a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale or equivalent in your country.
Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
Legally able to work in the country of application without company sponsorship or time restriction. Compensation and Allowances 600 € gross monthly – exams not yet completed and distance to company less than 50 km.
700 € gross monthly – exams not yet completed and distance to company greater than 50 km.
900 € gross monthly – exams completed or graduated and distance to company less than 50 km.
1,000 € gross monthly – exams completed or graduated and distance to company greater than 50 km. Intern / Trainee / Apprentice
