Luxury Leisure Sales Manager
La nostra azienda cliente è una prestigiosa realtà operante nel settore dell’ospitalità di lusso, con strutture alberghiere e resort rivolti a una clientela internazionale di alto profilo.
La realtà propone soggiorni personalizzati, esperienze esclusive e servizi dedicati al segmento luxury leisure, collaborando con agenzie specializzate, tour operator internazionali e travel advisor selezionati.
Per il potenziamento del proprio organico, siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire con il ruolo di Luxury Leisure Sales Manager .
La persona entrerà a far parte di un ambiente internazionale e orientato allo sviluppo dei mercati esteri. Lavorerà a stretto contatto con la Direzione Commerciale, il Revenue Management, il Marketing e i team operativi delle strutture, curando le relazioni con i principali partner del turismo di lusso.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
sviluppare e consolidare i rapporti con agenzie luxury, tour operator internazionali e travel advisor;
individuare nuovi mercati e opportunità commerciali coerenti con il posizionamento delle strutture;
negoziare tariffe, condizioni e accordi commerciali, monitorandone produzione e redditività;
organizzare visite ispettive, educational tour, presentazioni e incontri dedicati ai partner;
rappresentare l’azienda in fiere, workshop e appuntamenti internazionali del settore luxury travel.
Requisiti
esperienza pregressa in ruoli commerciali nel settore dell’ospitalità di lusso o del turismo leisure di fascia alta;
conoscenza dei principali operatori, circuiti e mercati internazionali del luxury travel;
conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, requisito tassativo;
capacità di negoziare accordi commerciali e gestire relazioni con partner internazionali;
disponibilità a effettuare frequenti trasferte in Italia e all’estero.
