Let's go! /p h3About The Role /h3 h3What Will You Do? /h3 pWe are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a multilingual Solution Specialist. In this role, you will support the Sales team during the pre‑sales phase, working closely with potential B2B customers across the bDACH /b market. You will act as the technical and product expert during demos and discovery calls, ensuring prospects understand how our SaaS platform solves their specific business needs. You will collaborate with internal teams and act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive successful deal closure and long‑term customer value. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liCustomer sales support: support the Sales team during pre‑sales activities, including discovery calls, technical deep dives, and live product demos. Engage with hotel groups, property managers, and business stakeholders, translating their needs into clear product use cases and solutions. /li liSolution design demos: prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with each prospect’s business context. Showcase workflows, integrations, and features in a clear, consultative, and value‑driven way. /li liTechnical qualification issue handling: analyze technical requirements, constraints, and edge cases raised during the sales process. Coordinate with internal technical, product, or engineering teams when deeper validation or clarification is needed. /li liCustomer education: guide prospects through product capabilities, best practices, and implementation approaches, helping them understand how Smartness fits into their operational and revenue workflows. /li liDocumentation enablement: contribute to pre‑sales documentation, demo environments, FAQs, and internal enablement materials. Support the continuous improvement of demo scripts, technical playbooks, and solution templates. /li liCustomer advocacy: collect structured feedback from prospects and early‑stage customers and represent their needs internally. Work closely with Product and Customer Success to improve positioning, features, and go‑to‑market messaging. /li liMonitoring and reporting: track pre‑sales activities, demo outcomes, and technical objections in CRM systems. Provide insights on recurring needs, objections, or feature requests to support sales effectiveness and product evolution. /li liCollaboration across teams: work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment from pre‑sales to onboarding. Participate in internal meetings to share insights and improve cross‑team processes. /li liUpselling and cross‑selling support: support Sales in identifying opportunities for additional modules, features, or services. Position solutions with a consultative mindset, focusing on long‑term value rather than short‑term deals. /li liStay updated: stay up to date on product developments, hospitality technology trends, and competitive landscape in the DACH market.
