At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions. /p pAs bPackages Engineer /b, you will respond to the Head of Mechanical Department and be part of the bENCAR /b. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPreparation of technical specifications, test requirements and material requisitions; preparation of equipment package documentation, information, communications, data sheets, engineering specifications, and ensuring conformance to all Codes. Participation in kick‑off, pre‑inspection meetings (PIM) and supplier coordination meetings. /li liTechnical evaluation of vendor quotations including preparation of technical bid comparisons. /li liEnsuring each package is delivered in compliance with the specified technical requirements, within the agreed schedule and approved budget to achieve its successful transition into operation. /li liContinued multi‑disciplinary coordination of packages. /li liReview and comment on vendor documentation, in coordination with other disciplines; review and verification of related detail design engineering documents. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. /li liMinimum 5 years as package engineer with International Main Contracting Engineering Companies. /li liKnowledge of process packages for process and utilities, such as TEG Dehydrator/Regeneration Package, Dehydrator/desalter, Water Desalination, Water treatments (clarifiltration, sand/ultra‑filtration, reverse osmosis, molecular sieves, Waste Water treatments, Deoiling packages, Chemical dosing Packages), Air fractionation, N2 production (by membranes/PSA/cryogenic systems), H2 recovery, Refrigeration Packages, etc. /li liWillingness to travel abroad based on the projects you will work on and within the assigned project. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liFor home office contract: Pay not lower than €45,000. /li liCorporate Benefits: comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, internal gym, discounts and partnerships, services related to health, family, well‑being, and in‑house cafeteria. /li liHybrid working model: Smart Working options and flexible hours to help you achieve a better work‑life balance. /li /ul h3Transparency Note /h3 pAt the end of the selection process, the Company reserves the right to offer a different job level and/or salary package compared to what is indicated in this job posting, in line with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills. /p pAny deviation shall be duly justified and documented in accordance with internal procedures and the Non‑Discrimination Statement.
