Oggi, Campari Group è il sesto più grande player al mondo nel settore degli spirits. /p pbGlobal Packaging RD Engineer /b is responsible for the development, optimization, and industrialization of innovative, compliant, and sustainable packaging solutions across global markets. /p h3Key Responsibilities and Activities /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and qualify primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging solutions. /li liLead packaging innovation projects aligned with brand, sustainability, and consumer needs. /li liTranslate marketing, technical, and supply requirements into robust packaging specifications. /li liKeep up to date with technological innovations and develop new packaging innovations that unlock new areas of opportunity for Campari Group. /li liSupport pilot trials, line trials, and global roll-outs from concept to mass production. /li liCollaborate with manufacturing plants to ensure packaging compatibility with filling, labeling, and logistics processes. /li liIntegrate sustainability principles, including recyclability, lightweighting, and material reduction. /li liCollaborate with sustainability team to meet corporate and regulatory targets. /li liWork closely with procurement teams and global packaging suppliers on technical development and cost optimization. /li liSupport supplier qualification, benchmarking, and innovation scouting. /li liDevelop and maintain global packaging specifications, standards, and guidelines. /li liSupport quality investigations related to packaging performance issues. /li /ul h3Key Relationships /h3 pInternal: /p ul liSupervisors and Managers of Supply Chain /li liMarketing Staff /li liQuality Staff /li liRegulatory Staff /li liPlant personnel /li liProcurement /li /ul pExternal: /p ul liSuppliers /li liCo-manufacturers /li liLaboratories /li liCreative Agencies /li /ul h3Education / Professional Qualifications /h3 ul liBSc/MSc University from a Packaging School/Material science or Industrial Design of consumer goods or Industrial engineering /li liFunctional knowledge of food contact materials /li /ul h3Experience Required /h3 p1-3 years of packaging development experience is required. /p h3Summary Of Key Skills /h3 ul liGood technical capability with a proven track record of project management and delivery /li liGood creative problem solving and multitasking skills. /li liGood understanding of quality tools including RCA, AQL’s, CPK analysis and SPC. /li liGood understanding of 3D modeling and LCA tools. /li liAbility to work under pressure, set clear priorities and meet deadlines. /li liGood negotiating and influencing skills with the ability to align the different interests of internal parties. /li liStrong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral. /li liMust have outstanding teamwork ability. /li liMust have a very good knowledge of English, French and Italian languages. /li liFlexible to travel extensively both domestically and internationally. /li /ul h3Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion /h3 pIn Campari Group crediamo nel creare più valore insieme, perciò consideriamo la diversità, in tutte le sue forme, una fonte di arricchimento.
