We are a fast-growing technology company with an insurance license, and by fast, we really mean it. /p h3Job Purpose / Role /h3 pTo succeed in the role, you will be able to execute an IAM Governance framework that is compliant and appropriate for an insurance firm but scalable enough to keep pace with our fast growth. If you can also work hands-on with IAM technologies like Okta, Ping, Entra, One Identity etc., you could be the perfect fit. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liContinue building our IAM framework to meet our global regulatory requirements. /li liEnsure the implementation, review, and maintenance of authorization concepts, aligning them with organizational policies and compliance standards. /li liDevice and orchestrate IAM controls for our diverse IT landscape. /li liSupport our Product and Infrastructure Teams around governance of Privileged Access Management. /li liAgentic IAM, Customer IAM, Cloud IAM and machine-to-machine authentication. /li liManage user access through role-based access control (RBAC) and enforce the principle of least privilege to protect sensitive information. /li liEnsure adherence to internal policies, industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001), and regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA), while preparing for and supporting audits. /li /ul h3Essential Skills /h3 ul liUniversity degree is preferred, with at least 4 years of experience with Identity and Access Management governance. /li liProficient in IAM concepts, protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP), and tools. /li liKnowledgeable in regulatory compliance frameworks like DORA. /li liFirsthand experience with (Azure) Active Directory and Cloud IAM tools is a plus. /li liExperienced in preparing for and supporting IT and Cybersecurity audits. /li liEffective communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. /li liWillingness to learn about AI, Cloud Security and Cloud IAM. /li /ul p98175 | IT Tech Engineering | Professional | | Allianz Direct | Full-Time | /p pAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
