KERING EYEWEAR IT Senior Analyst (SD)

Overview

In this role you will translate business needs into IT solutions for sales and distribution, collaborating with business and IT partners in a global, cross-functional setting. You will support SAP-focused initiatives, verify requirements, and drive testing and documentation to improve processes. You'll serve as a point of contact for users and consultants, shaping system improvements within a luxury-brand environment. Responsabilità

• Analyze and translate business requirements to define IT solutions for sales and distribution processes
• Participate in IT Sales and Distribution projects and SAP FMS-related work
• Act as first point of contact for internal requirements, queries, and functional specifications
• Coordinate activities of external consultants and support System Testing and User Acceptance (UAT)
• Create internal documentation and share knowledge with users
• Be the primary reference for system users and AMS
• Report to IT SD Project Manager and propose new system/process improvements

Requisiti fondamentali

• Degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Economics
• Strong knowledge of sales flows
• 4+ years of experience in SAP SD (AFS or FMS environment preferred)
• Knowledge of SAP ABAP is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Passion, Enthusiasm, Curiosity and innovation
• Teamworker and good communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
