La risorsa definirà e governerà un framework di Incident Management, orchestrando team tecnici, responsabili di prodotto, DPO, legal e cyber security durante incidenti critici e aggiornando KPI chiave come MTTR e MTTD. In questa funzione, si getteranno le basi per un modello di miglioramento continuo, con politiche di prevenzione, analisi post-incidente e reporting esecutivo.
