- Monitor site performance against KPIs and devise improvement plans
- Set up workplace health and safety programs and organize training
- Analyze safety metrics and incident trends to allocate resources for high-risk areas
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement risk‑mitigating solutions
- Bachelor or equivalent aligned with EFQ
- ASPP or RSPP certification
- Understanding of Italian Environment, Health and Safety legislation
- Advanced proficiency in Italian and English
