Overview
In questa posizione guiderai la strategia di category management per Hardware, Software e Indirect, coordinando un team di oltre dieci risorse e definendo obiettivi di sourcing e governance a livello di Gruppo. Lavorerai per creare valore, innovazione e continuità operativa, promuovendo processi standardizzati e strumenti digitali, inclusa l'uso di intelligenza artificiale. Il ruolo richiede gestione di stakeholder senior e contrattualistica complessa, con impatto sui costi totali e sulle performance di fornitura. È un'opportunità di leadership in un contesto dinamico e orientato alla trasformazione digitale del procurement.

Responsabilità
- Definire e guidare la strategia pluriennale di category management per HW, SW e Indirect in linea con policy e obiettivi di Gruppo
- Presidiare governance, KPI, reporting e miglioramento continuo dei processi di procurement, includendo soluzioni digitali e IA
- Guidare un team di oltre dieci persone, definire obiettivi, assegnare risorse e sviluppare professionalmente i membri
- Gestire iniziative di strategic sourcing e contracting complesse (market intelligence, RFI/RFP/RFQ, valutazione fornitori, contratti, licenze, rinnovi, SLA) in collaborazione con Legal, Finance, IT e Business
- Gestire relazioni con fornitori strategici e stakeholder interni, monitorare performance e risk management
- Identificare opportunità di ottimizzazione costi e creazione di valore tramite analisi di spesa, TCO, benchmarking e razionalizzazione del parco fornitori
- Presidiare rischi di categoria e fornitura (vendor dependency, continuità operativa, obsolescenza, sicurezza, compliance, sostenibilità) e coordinare piani di mitigazione e contingency
Requisiti fondamentali
- Esperienza di almeno 8-10 anni in procurement e strategic sourcing con riguardo a categorie complesse
- Solida esperienza in HW, SW e servizi indiretti; conoscenza licensing, rinnovi, manutenzione, servizi cloud e canali OEM/reseller/system integrator
- Capacità comprovata di negoziazione complessa e gestione contratti ad alto valore, orientamento al risultato e al valore aggiunto (TCO)
- Esperienza con piattaforme di e-procurement, ERP, vendor management e spend analytics; conoscenza di processi di digital procurement; AI è plus
- Elevata capacità di analisi economico-finanziaria e di KPI, business case, saving e performance fornitori
- Comprovata gestione diretta di team numerosi (>=10), definizione obiettivi, organizzazione attività, valutazione performance e sviluppo risorse
- Spiccate capacità comunicative, negoziali, relazionali, pensiero strategico, autonomia decisionale, gestione priorità in contesti complessi
