Delivery Lead Manager – Health & Public Services

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Delivery Lead Manager with a strong technical background to oversee complex delivery projects within Health & Public Services, with specific experience in Local Public Administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long‑lasting relationships.
• Understand client needs and ensure they are effectively communicated to the delivery team.
• Regularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales Accounts to develop business with the client.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools, reporting progress, and adjusting as necessary.
• Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and high‑performance culture within the team.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and implement best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies that impact the sector.
• Anticipate client needs and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management, delivery management, with a strong technical background and proven experience managing complex delivery projects for Local Public Administration.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
