Marketing Operations & AI-Specialist

In this role you will standardize and scale martech solutions across markets, driving governance and data quality through AI‑enabled audits. You’ll work within the Marketing Centre of Excellence to elevate AI literacy, build repeatable, documented processes, and shape how the CoE operates as it matures. You’ll partner with regional teams to ensure consistent CRM operations, data hygiene, and cross‑tool alignment. This is a hands‑on, impact‑focused position with opportunities to define how the CoE scales AI‑driven operations across multiple markets.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Lead AI‑assisted audits and governance checks to identify inconsistencies before they become issues
• Develop repeatable AI‑enabled workflows for QA, documentation, and governance
• Maintain and improve operational consistency across CEE brands, including naming conventions and standards
• Support CRM operations and data quality, including workflow logic and lifecycle management
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for developers and platform specialists
• Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge bases, leveraging AI to keep them up‑to‑date
• Raise AI literacy within the operations team and coach colleagues on practical AI use cases
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks with AI

• Demonstrated AI proficiency: use of AI tools as part of daily work
• CRM experience with a marketing automation platform (e.g., Bloomreach or HubSpot)
• Conceptual understanding of GA4, UTM, GTM, and data quality
• 2+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a similar hands‑on role
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
