Senior Marketing & Growth Strategist

As a Senior Marketing & Growth Strategist, you will own and evolve the growth lifecycle for the Hub, aligning cross‑brand journeys and in‑product experiences across the team.blue ecosystem. You’ll work within a small, autonomous squad to drive activation, engagement, and long‑term adoption. Your work will bridge Product, Data, and Engineering to run experiments, tailor messaging, and optimize multi‑channel communications. This role offers impact at scale, shaping a unified customer experience across brands. Responsibilities
- Positioning & messaging for cross‑brand use cases
- Design and iterate cross‑brand notifications and in‑product journeys
- Lifecycle & communications across email, in‑product messaging, and surfaces
- Experimentation & iteration with A/B tests
- Data‑driven optimisation of CTR, activation, conversion, engagement, retention
- Growth tooling & AI‑enabled workflows for segmentation, personalisation, and automation
- Cross‑functional collaboration with Product and Data on event triggers and journeys
- Hands‑on copywriting for notifications, landing pages, and lifecycle communications
- 5+ years of experience in growth, product, lifecycle, or digital marketing in startup/scale‑up environments
- Strong background in SaaS, platforms, or apps serving SMB/Prosumer customers
- Ability to own growth outcomes end‑to‑end, with KPIs across CTR, activation, conversion, engagement, retention, and adoption
- Experience designing and executing growth programs with experimentation and A/B testing
- Comfort with event schemas, funnels, cohorts, and behavioural signals; able to self‑serve insights
- Fluency in analytics, tracking, and modern growth tooling including lifecycle automation, segmentation, personalisation, and AI‑supported workflows
- Demonstrated use of AI‑augmented workflows in daily work; comfort with advanced AI tools
- Excellent copywriting, positioning, and storytelling for SaaS products
- Clear, structured communicator with strong cross‑functional collaboration
- Independent, action‑oriented, detail‑focused in a fast‑paced environment
